The rules for using the service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms describe how the RealtyTM service is used. Browsing the site requires neither a contract nor an account. A contract is formed only when you create an account or order a paid report — and only then do you accept these terms, by a deliberate act. Provisions less favourable to a consumer than the law itself are not binding on them.

2. Description of the service

RealtyTM is an information service that gathers publicly available property listings from many Polish portals and presents them in one place for convenient searching. We are not a broker, agent or seller of real estate, and we are not a party to any transaction. Every listing links back to its original source, where the actual contact and any deal take place.

3. Aggregated data and “as is”

The data shown comes from third-party sources and is provided in the form we receive it. Prices, availability and listing details may differ from the source and may change over time.

All data is provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Always confirm information directly with the original source.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use

Before acting on any listing, verify its details directly with the original source. Use the service lawfully. In particular, the following are prohibited:

scraping, automated harvesting or bulk copying of data,
reverse-engineering or attempts to bypass the service’s protections,
overloading the service or disrupting its operation,
posting unlawful or abusive content in notes, messages and contact forms.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Keep your password secure and report any suspected unauthorised access to us promptly. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.

6. User content

The notes, lists and messages you create remain yours. You grant us a limited right to store and display them to the extent needed to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights or abusive material.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its software and the way the data is compiled and presented are protected by law. The content of individual listings belongs to the respective sources it comes from. Using the service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Third-party links

Listings link to external portals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or the offers published on them. You visit them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

We are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service under the general rules of the Civil Code. We neither exclude nor limit liability towards a consumer where the law forbids it — in particular for damage caused intentionally and for personal injury. We do point out that the data comes from external sources and should be verified at the source before any decision; we do not warrant the currency or completeness of listings we do not create.

10. Changes

We will announce any change to these terms at least 14 days in advance — by email if you have an account, and by a notice in the service. Until the change takes effect you may terminate with immediate effect and at no cost, by deleting your account or writing to us. Merely continuing to use the service does not amount to acceptance. Changes do not apply to reports already paid for — those are delivered on the terms in force at purchase.

12. Paid reports

Besides free browsing we offer paid market reports. The price is always shown before you order, in Polish złoty and gross: comparables report 40 zł, market report from 80 zł. Payment is handled by PayU. The report is prepared and delivered electronically once payment clears.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. If, however, you expressly ask us to start before that period ends and confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right lapses when the report is delivered. Until that moment withdrawal is fully effective — a message to our address is enough.

13. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Send a complaint to [email protected] or by post to our registered address. Describe what it concerns and what you expect. We reply within 14 days of receipt; failure to reply within that period counts as accepting the complaint. If you disagree with our position, you may use out-of-court routes: mediation at the provincial Trade Inspection, the permanent consumer arbitration court, or the district consumer ombudsman.

14. Contact point and reporting illegal content

Our contact point for matters concerning content in the service — for users and for authorities alike — is [email protected]; we correspond in Polish and English. If you believe any content is illegal, report it to that address: give the exact link, explain what makes it illegal, and leave contact details. We confirm receipt, consider the report without undue delay, and inform you of the decision with reasons and how to contest it. 15. How listings are ordered

The order of results depends solely on the sort you choose; payment does not affect position and we have no sponsored listings.
