Shortlists for clients
Collect listings into a shortlist, add notes for the client and send a link. The list shows your name, contact and agency logo. The client replies without signing up — like, no or a comment — and you get a notification and an e-mail.
Searches for clients
Save a search, name it and assign it to a client. Once a day, in the morning, one e-mail arrives with new listings and price drops.
Reports
Sale and rent price analysis based on comparable listings, and a market analysis. You create a report for a client and send it to them by e-mail.
Listing archive
Expired and inactive private listings with contact details — for analysing market history. Agent accounts only.
Market analytics
Prices, rents and yields by city and district, calculated from the listings in our database.
