REALTY.TM GROUP sp. z o.o. is committed to making RealtyTM accessible in line with WCAG 2.1 level AA. What follows describes the actual state, not an intention — including what we do not yet meet.

Compliance status

The service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. This is a self-assessment by our team, without an external audit.

What we do not yet meet

• The listings map is mouse-driven; the results list is the keyboard-accessible equivalent, but the map itself is not fully accessible.
• Listing photos come from external portals and carry no alternative text — we do not create them and cannot supply it on the advertiser’s behalf.
• The mortgage calculator is embedded from our partner’s service; its accessibility is the partner’s responsibility and we pass on the problems we notice.

If we cannot make it accessible within that time, we will offer another way to get the information — for example passing the listing details on by phone or email.
