RealtyTM is a real-estate listings aggregator: we collect publicly available offers from many portals into one place so you can search the whole market at once. We are not an agency or a seller — we do not sell property ourselves. Every listing links back to its original source, where you contact the seller directly.
Yes. Searching, filtering and browsing listings on RealtyTM is completely free. We do not charge you to access offers or to use the core features of the site.
Browsing listings works without signing in. An account — also free — unlocks extra features: saving listings, creating lists, alerts from saved searches, and private notes. You only need to register once to return to your collected offers on any device.
Use the search bar to pick a city or district, then narrow the results with filters: price, number of rooms, area, building type and more. You can view the results as a list or on a map, switching between the two with a single click. That makes it easy to see how offers are spread across the area you care about.
Click the heart icon on a listing card or on its page to add it to your favorites. You will find everything you saved later under Favorites, available once you are signed in. It is the quickest way to make sure you do not lose the listings you like.
Lists let you group saved listings into organized shortlists — for example one per district or per stage of your search. You can add notes and priorities to each list, and see its offers together on a shared map. A finished list is easy to share with family, friends or an advisor so you can decide together.
Set the filters you care about — city, price, number of rooms and more — then save that search. RealtyTM keeps watching the market and notifies you when new listings match your criteria. That way you are among the first to see fresh offers, without having to check the site constantly.
RealtyTM does not broker contact — every listing links to the original portal it came from. There you will find the seller's or agent's contact details and arrange viewings or the deal directly with them. Just open the listing and follow the link to the source.
Because we aggregate data from many sources, the same property can be posted on several portals at different prices, and offers sometimes update with a delay. Prices and availability change continuously, so our data may briefly differ from the actual state. Always verify the price and whether the offer is still active directly at the source before deciding.
Yes — email us at [email protected] and we will review your request. Please note that we only mirror publicly available data from the source portals, so if the listing is still published at the source it may reappear. The most reliable solution is to remove the offer at the original portal as well.
Realt Agent accounts give access to professional tools: market analytics, valuations and market reports, plus archived leads from private listings. There is also a client-management module that helps you run searches and contacts in one place. It is built for agents who want to work faster and base their decisions on data.
Notes are private comments you can attach to any listing — for example impressions from a viewing, questions for the seller, or the pros and cons of an offer. Only you can see them, so you can jot down anything freely. It is a handy way to compare properties without relying on memory alone.
