What RealtyTM is
RealtyTM is an independent real-estate listings aggregator that collects publicly available offers from many Polish portals — otodom, morizon, gratka, olx, nieruchomosci-online — and brings them together into one searchable place.
This lets you search, compare and track prices of listings from different sources in a single interface, without visiting each portal separately.
How it works
- Search and filter listings across all sources at once.
- Save the listings you are interested in.
- Group saved listings into shareable lists.
- Set saved searches and get alerts about new matching listings.
- View nearby amenities (transport, schools, shops) and price history.
Where the data comes from
We index publicly available listings from Polish real-estate portals. Each listing links back to its original source, where it was published.
Prices and availability may differ between portals and change over time.
Who it is for
RealtyTM serves home seekers — for both buying and renting — who want to browse all offers in one place.
Real-estate agents also use the platform — for analytics, estimates and market reports. A paid PRO account additionally gives access to contacts from private listings that have already been taken down. These are personal data of third parties and we treat them as such: shown only to signed-in PRO users, for a limited period, with every disclosure logged, and anyone can object and close their number immediately. Making contact for commercial purposes requires the caller's own legal basis.
Independence — we do not sell property
We are not a party to any transaction and we do not sell property. RealtyTM is purely a tool for searching and comparing listings.
We do not hide or alter the prices given in source listings — we show them as the portals publish them.
