To use our services, you must create an agent account. You agree to:

3. Listings and Content

Agents may create, upload, and manage property listings. By submitting content, you agree that:

  • The information is truthful, current, and not misleading.
  • The listings comply with local laws, including advertising and property disclosure regulations.

We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these rules.

4. Payments and Fees

We offer paid services such as premium listings and promotional tools. By purchasing any service:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • All fees are quoted in Polish Złoty and include applicable taxes unless noted.

We use third-party payment processors; your use of those services is governed by their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, excluding agent-submitted listings, is the property of realtytm.com or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without permission.
  • Use any branding or logos without authorization.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, or offensive content.
  • Use the Site for anything other than listing and promoting real estate properties.
  • Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee leads, inquiries, or sales.
